I loved these tights but they just didn't suit me. They did suit this cream jersey bed sheet though.
I kind of made up the pattern as I went along.

I love making things. It's that simple. About a year ago I decided to try not to buy new clothes. Instead I bought a sewing machine. I'm still working my way through my old wardrobe (and several other people's too) reconstructing garments. This blog shows some of my work. Whenever possible I've linked to the online tutorials and websites that have inspired me. In turn, I hope that this blog will be an inspiration to others to recycle, remake and recreate.

I like it! It looks very soft. The color and the lace-like trim remind me of something vintage but the shaping and design are surely modern. I would buy it!
