This was a chocolate brown pair of jogging bottoms (also known as sweatpants in the US) made from cotton jersey. They didn't fit well and so I used the Idit pattern available from www.burdastyle.com to turn them into a top.
My design has a seam down the centre of the back as I had to join two pieces together to get the necessary width. I also shortened the arms slightly.
